Shipping Policy

Aurea works with multiple carriers and manufacturers (from the EU and Asia) allowing us to ship directly to you and proudly offer a flat rate shipping rate. You will be charged when your order and all payments are reviewed and approved for shipping and may take up to 36 hours for your package to be shipped. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

 

Shipping process

On average it takes 1-2 business days to fulfill your order and send it to our manufacturer. During holidays this can be up to 5 business days, or if your order contains popular items where there are issues with stock availability.

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address you provided at checkout.

We only process on business days and not on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation.

When ordering multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the different locations of the manufacturing partners.

 

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has been shipped by the manufacturer.

For some reasons, it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Deliveries

Delivery time varies by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed; the following are estimates for guidance only. Standard delivery time is 6-12 days. For Express Delivery, our insured and priority shipping option that we process faster and provide immediate compensation in case of loss, the estimated delivery time is 4-8 days. The cost for Express Delivery is €2.95.

The days stated above are estimates in business days only and do not include our processing time of 1-2 business days.

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, Aurea cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

In case your package is not delivered, but tracking indicates that the package has been delivered. Please contact us by sending an email with (as subtitle: "product not received {order number}" to aurea.ldn@gmail.com. We will then look for a suitable solution together with our producer.

 

Disclaimer for incorrect address & non-collection of package

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to an order after it has been processed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

If an order cannot be delivered due to address errors or if it is not picked up at a pick-up point, the order will automatically be returned to one of our overseas warehouses. Once the order has arrived at our warehouse, we will make the necessary address changes or other necessary adjustments. We will then re-ship the order to the consumer. This process usually takes 6-30 days.

It is important to note that during this stage of the process the customer is not authorized to cancel the order. Once the order has been re-shipped, you will receive an update with the new shipping information. We strive to provide the best possible service and ensure that your order ultimately arrives at its correct destination.
